This drop-in yoga group is for students who experience anxiety that makes it difficult to focus, quiet the mind, or generally enjoy life. Students typically join this group to learn tools to reduce stress and soothe the body and mind in healthy ways.

Each session focuses on a physical yoga practice, in which participating students will learn yoga techniques to manage stress and anxiety. Participants will simultaneously learn mindfulness skills to practice paying attention to the present moment with intention, a key component to easing an anxious mind.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. This group is open to all fitness and ability levels. Students can join at any point during the date range indicated above. This group is a great way to access mental healthcare in a structured, movement-based format.
