It was so great that it is taking us a whole day to savour its impact. Good foord, attentive and supportive audience, mesmerizing performances from local and international groups--we feel blessed to be here as part of the American experience. Home is no longer so afr away anymore--we now feel at home--even aawy from "home". Jelili Atiku's performance in re-invoking Mandela as ancestral being who must now sleep well but not forget the living was a reminder that we are all connected by the spirits of the living, the ancestral and the yet unborn.
